Injective Protocol Mainnet Upgrade

This is a software upgrade proposal for the Injective Protocol Mainnet. If passed, this proposal would commit the Injective Chain to halting the Injective Chain application binary at block height 9614200 (approximately 14:00 UTC on April 11th 2022) and starting the new Injective Chain application binary.\n\nMore details can be found in the long form proposal: https://github.com/InjectiveLabs/injective-chain-releases/blob/master/docs/migration/injective-canonical-chain-5.md\n\nThis upgrade proposal adds a few key improvements:\n\n1. Adds support for post-only limit orders\n\n2. Adds a new MsgRegisterAsDMM which allows accounts to signal their intent to become a DMM by foregoing Trade & Earn rewards\n\n3. Improves the clearing price calculation in order matching\n\n4. Adds support for more fine-grained typed authz authorizations for MsgCreateSpotLimitOrder, MsgCreateSpotMarketOrder, MsgBatchCreateSpotLimitOrders, MsgCancelSpotOrder, MsgBatchCancelSpotOrders, MsgCreateDerivativeLimitOrder, MsgCreateDerivativeMarketOrder, MsgBatchCreateDerivativeLimitOrders, MsgCancelDerivativeOrder, MsgBatchCancelDerivativeOrders, and MsgBatchUpdateOrders.\n\n5. Upgrade to cosmos-sdk v0.45.2 and ibc-go v2.2.0
