Dexterium grant proposal

Dexterium is applying for a grant to improve development and marketing capacities supporting the DEX and recently launched Trading Guilds platform. Amount: 2000 INJ per epoch. This way, community can be rest assured that Dexterium is honoring the promised continuous improvement and actively contributing as a member of the Injective ecosystem. Distribution:

1. 50% of the funds will be directed to the development budget and running/operating expenses for DEX and Trading Guilds. Product roadmap for DEX will be adjusted to include development of new functionalities that will accelerate bringing in new projects and trading pairs (improved backend, stop loss functionality etc.), targeting end of year 2022. UI/UX improvements, both on DEX (Q4) and Trading Guilds (Q3) that will provide a unique user experience. Multilingual interface (Q4). Dedicated customer support on Telegram and Discord support channels (Q3).
2. 30% of the funds will be allocated for the incentive pool, targeting to bring in new users and improve liquidity.
3. Remaining 20% of the funding would be allocated to marketing budget in the following ratio: 25% of all marketing activities will be promoting DEX and Trading Guilds as part of the Injective ecosystem. Our marketing officer would work closely with Injective marketing team to make sure messaging is in line with the roadmap and communication plan. 75% is strictly Dexterium related content.
