Liquid Staking Incentives for INJ

This proposal seeks to further amplify the growth of liquid staking on Injective by incentivizing the stINJ pool on Astroport with a nominal amount of INJ tokens. In turn, this would allow the Injective community to further incentivize liquid staking whereby they can potentially earn staking rewards while also earning yield from stINJ at the time.\n\n### Specifically, the passing of this proposal would send 20,000 dollars worth of INJ from the Injective ecosystem development pool as rewards for the stINJ pool on Astroport. These rewards would be utilized over the course of two months so effectively 10,000 dollars worth of INJ would be used per month. The INJ would be transferred to the Delphi Labs team who would then add the incentives into the pools based on the breakdown below. The price of INJ would be calculated from the price as shown on CoinMarketCap at the time of transfer.\n\n### This proposal will be part of a larger ecosystem initiative to further accelerate overall user growth on Injective.\n
