Disbursement of OLP rewards for epoch ended on 11 July 2023

This proposal confirms the final Open Liquidity Program market maker performance of epoch 21, as well as the distribution of 47,294.380 INJ tokens, of which 29,999.745 INJ are 50% of the OLP rewards allocated to epoch 21, and 17,294.635 INJ are the DMM vested amount from epoch 18. The remaining rewards of epoch 21 will be disbursed along with the rewards disbursement of epoch 24. The recipient must still be an active participant of the program in order to receive future disbursements.
