Disbursement of OLP rewards for epoch ended on 5 September 2023

This proposal confirms the final Open Liquidity Program market maker performance of epoch 23 as well as the distribution of 55763.815 INJ tokens, of which 7789.270 INJ are the OLP vested amount from epoch 20, 17974.575 INJ are the DMM vested amount from epoch 20, and 29999.970 INJ are 50% of the OLP rewards allocated to epoch 23. The remaining OLP rewards of epoch 23 will be disbursed along with the rewards disbursement of epoch 26. The recipient must still be an active participant of the program in order to receive future disbursements.
