Add USDTkv and USDCnb Quoted Markets to Trade & Earn (T&E)

Currently USDTkv markets are not eligible for T&E rewards because the denom has not been added to the program. To incentivize retail traders to adopt USDTkv, USDTkv markets should be added to T&E. In addition, USDCnb should be added to allow USDCnb markets to partake in T&E in the future.\n\nBy voting YES on this proposal, you agree to add USDTkv and USDCnb quoted markets to T&E.\n\nBy voting NO on the proposal, you do not support adding USDTkv and USDCnb quoted markets to T&E.\n\nBy voting NO WITH VETO, you find this proposal to be (1) spam, i.e., irrelevant to the Injective ecosystem, (2) disproportionately infringes on minority interests, or (3) violates or encourages violation of the rules of engagement as currently set out by Injective governance.
