Disbursement of OLP rewards for epoch ended on 25 December 2023

If passed, this proposal confirms the final Open Liquidity Program market maker performance of epoch 27 as well as the distribution of 49335.195 INJ tokens and 99999.99 KAVA tokens, of which 29335.231 INJ are the OLP vested amount from epoch 24, 19999.964 INJ are 50% of the OLP rewards allocated to epoch 27, and 99,999.99 KAVA are the KAVA rewards allocated to epoch 27. The remaining OLP rewards of epoch 27 will be disbursed along with the rewards disbursement of epoch 30. The recipient must still be an active participant of the program in order to receive future disbursements.
