Blocksmith Labs Presale - Upload Contract

Blocksmith Labs is bringing their presale platform to injective. This is a proposal to upload our presale contract to the network. This is essentially a buy and sale contract where a user is able to purchase up to a certain amount of supply configured on the presale account. The treasury public key that was used to instantiate the registered presale is the wallet that is able to withdraw the funds from a given presale. This contract is useful for NFT projects wanting to run a presale for their collection or for token allocations.
