Whitelist Gelotto Developer Wallet for Wasm Upload: PampIT

This proposal seeks to whitelist the Gelotto developer wallet (inj1my5have8r02y99ztdtm9q28ve9slyehhznktgk) for smart contract deployment on Injective. By doing so, Gelotto can launch multiple projects without requiring a separate governance proposal for each contract, streamlining development and reducing the burden on Injective's governance process. We also meet all the criteria set by INJ foundation to get WL, this includes our team doing KYC.
