<strong>Introduction</strong> As part of the broader INJ 3.0 tokenomics upgrade passed by community members in Injective Improvement Proposal-392 (IIP-392) to make INJ more deflationary, the lower and upper bounds of the INJ token supply parameters (inflation_min and inflation_max) will be decreased to 4.75% and 9.25% respectively, if this proposal passes. Timed with the Bitcoin halving, the INJ 3.0 governance proposal aimed to decrease the supply of INJ over the next two years, with accelerated rates of deflation based on the ratio of staked INJ on-chain. The specific token supply rate change parameter ensures that Injective remains adaptive and resilient. With this latest proposal, Injective aims to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation, ensuring that INJ remains at the forefront of Web3 finance.<strong>Actions:</strong>
