Whitelist Address for Wasm Upload [Hydro Protocol]

This proposal requests to whitelist the developer wallet [inj1gfxjjf7pw7uuhnsudcup6pl6xhlr6h2d5nla5a] for the Hydro Protocol team, enabling efficient deployment of smart contracts without requiring individual governance proposals for each deployment. Hydor’s upcoming development phases including the products in the Hydro Next Wave vision will require multiple contracts, and whitelisting will avoid delays.

The Hydro Protocol team has a proven track record, contributing valuable tools to Injective and completing all KYC/KYB procedures. We maintain to be one of the core protocols of Injective and continue shipping innovative DeFi products. A Yes vote will streamline Hydro’s development, while a No vote will maintain the current, slower process.
