Modify Tickers for iAsset Perp Markets

This proposal, if passed, will change the on-chain tickers for all iAsset perpetual markets to reflect the appropriate tickers. Specifically, iCOIN/USDT PERP, iMSFT/USDT PERP, iNFLX/USDT PERP, iAAPL/USDT PERP, iMSTR/USDT PERP, iNVDA/USDT PERP, iMETA/USDT PERP, iGOOGL/USDT PERP, iTSLA/USDT PERP, iAMZN/USDT PERP, iCRCL/USDT PERP, and iHOOD/USDT PERP will be changed to COIN/USDT PERP, MSFT/USDT PERP, NFLX/USDT PERP, AAPL/USDT PERP, MSTR/USDT PERP, NVDA/USDT PERP, META/USDT PERP, GOOGL/USDT PERP, TSLA/USDT PERP, AMZN/USDT PERP, CRCL/USDT PERP, and HOOD/USDT PERP, respectively. This proposal will also change the hourly funding rate cap for SBET/USDT PERP to 0.00275%.

<strong>Actions:</strong>

• By voting <strong>yes</strong> on this proposal, you support changing the tickers for all iAsset markets and changing the hourly funding rate cap for SBET/USDT PERP as described above.
• By voting <strong>no</strong> on the proposal, you do not support changing the tickers for all iAsset markets and changing the hourly funding rate cap for SBET/USDT PERP as described above.
• By voting <strong>no with veto</strong>, you find this proposal to be spam/irrelevant/malicious, and support burning the 100 INJ deposit, if No With Veto votes are greater than ⅓ of the total voting power.
• By voting <strong>abstrain</strong>, you wish to contribute to quorum while formally declining to vote either for or against the proposal.
