Upgrade Onchain Stocks Oracle Feeds to 24/5 Pricing

If this proposal passes, the oracle feeds for AAPL/USDT PERP, GOOGL/USDT PERP, META/USDT PERP, TSLA/USDT PERP and TTI/USDT PERP will be updated to enhance onchain stock pricing outside of normal market hours. The feeds will switch from a single Pyth price feed to an aggregated price feed powered by SEDA, which references four different Pyth feeds. These four feeds cover pre-market trading, normal NYSE trading hours, after-market trading, and overnight trading during the week.

With this latest proposal, Injective aims to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation, ensuring that INJ remains at the forefront of Web3 finance. This change will be implemented in waves.
