Description
If passed, this proposal updates the oracle for the XPL/USDT PERP and WLFI/USDT PERP markets to use Pyth price feeds, and the AIX/USDT PERP market to use Stork price feeds. Transitioning from the current price feeds will increase the decentralization of these markets.

- By voting <strong>yes</strong> on this proposal, you support updating the oracle for the XPL/USDT PERP and WLFI/USDT PERP markets to use Pyth price feeds, and the AIX/USDT PERP market to use Stork price feeds.
