Real-Time EVM Mainnet Upgrade

This proposal significantly advances Injective’s native EVM and MultiVM architecture. The upgrade expands EVM interoperability across the shared liquidity layer, strengthens integration with Chainlink for more efficient and reliable real-time price feeds, and enhances core infrastructure tooling including WebSocket streaming and Ledger multisig support. The release also delivers key stability improvements, reinforcing cross-chain reliability, onchain module parameters and overall network performance.

If passed, this proposal will commit the Injective blockchain to halt at a target block height of 154983000 (approximately 15:00 UTC / 10:00 ET on February 19th, 2026) and resume with the v1.18.0 version of the Injective Chain application binary.
