Description
This proposal seeks community approval to update the onchain token metadata for ATOM, to add a min notional of 1. The token currently has no min notional amount, which prevents it from being used as a quote asset in trading pairs. This update will allow ATOM to be used as a quote asset for various trading pairs.

- By voting <strong>yes</strong> on this proposal, you support updating ATOM’s min notional to 1.
- By voting <strong>no</strong> on the proposal, you do not support updating ATOM’s min notional to 1.
