Description

This proposal introduces the ETH/USDT PERP and BNB/USDT PERP markets to the Injective Chain using Band IBC price feeds as well as making the following updates:

Adding 1.8x maker boosts and 1.2x taker boots for the ETH/USDT PERP and BNB/USDT PERP markets.
Updating the BTC/USDT PERP market maker fee to 0.05% and 0.12% for takers
Disqualifying the AXS/USDT PERP market from earning Trade & Earn points (due to the existing negative maker fee).
