Injective x Terra Listing Proposal to List Native LUNA/UST Spot, UST/USDT Spot and LUNA/UST Perpetual Pairs

The primary objective of this proposal is to list both LUNA/UST spot and perpetual pairs as well as a UST/USDT pair on Injective. The native transfer of both UST and LUNA will also be enabled on Injective in order to provide a seamless low fee manner to make transfers via IBC, and the Injective Labs team has already created an IBC relayer to communicate with the Terra blockchain.
